1. Create the html/php file of this user interface! You may change the picture, color and text, but the template remains the same!

3. Create an html/php file with javascript to calculate a mathematical calculation. There are two operands and one operator. Operator consists of: multiplication (x), division (-), addition (+), and substraction (-). User must choose the operator from the combo box and fill in the two operands in the given textbox. When the submit button clicked, the answer of the calculation is shown in the result textbox. You may change the combo box with option button if you want to.
4. Add a notification box in the top right of any page above, with a close button to close the notification box. Notification box will be shown when the page is opened.

Robertus is a researcher at Soegijapranata Catholic University, Semarang. Currently, he is a visiting scientist at CSIRO Data61, Australia. Robertus received his PhD from Macquarie University in 2018 and master degree in computing and information technology from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 2009. He was a PostDoctoral Research Fellow at Dept. of Computing, Macquarie University, Australia, co-funded by CSIRO Data61. In his research career, Robertus has been granted many prestigious awards, including:
• Research Excellence Progress Award, from Dept. of Computing, Macquarie University (May 2016)
• Digital Productivity Award, from CSIRO Data61, in recognition of significant contributions in support of scientific outcomes (December 2015)
• Best Paper Award, from Web Information System Engineering (WISE) 2015, Rank A Conference based on CORE RANKING, ERA RANKING. Miami, Florida, USA
• Best Student Paper Award, from IEEE BigData Congress 2015, New York, USA (Acceptance Rate 18%)
• Postgraduate Studentship Award, from CSIRO Data61 (April 2014)
His current research interests include bigdata, social network analysis, machine learning, web engineering, and computational linguistic.
